Description: this was made with my august c2p kit (www.commit2paper.com)
i also made this for round 1 of august's round robin scraplift challenge.
the dots around the photos are paint covered in glossy accents. the dots in the scallops are brads covered with glossy accents. i let them dry and then pressed on them to flatten it. ok, sure it was an accident, but it looked cool enough that i did it to all of them. :D

How in the world I missed this Genie, I'll never know but the changes came out fabulous!!! This is so excellent. Love the stitching in the scalloped piece. This will look excellent in the c2p gallery!!!
