So I tried to get this in the sunlight so everyone could see the bling, but it created some shadows in the process.

The picture is of my daughter and she's holding a rose. I was going to use the color version, but I thought the colors would be too vibrant for the layout.

I also took a chance and worked with a product I haven't worked with in years and I'm thrilled with the results. It looks so much better in real life! Oh well, what can I do?

The background paper is just red cardstock. I used chestnut brown and metallic gold ink to distress it. Under the "rose garden" is a piece of vellum printed with roses and there is also a piece of pattered rose paper. The roses, flourishes/vines and leaves are all hand sculpted (no mold used) of Sculpey, oven bake clay. The roses are then lightly painted with red glitter glue and some have a red gem center. The leaves and flourishes are all inked with metallic gold. Then everything is bordered by green sequin. There is also a little wooden fence.

Thanks for taking a look!
