June Photo Fun #15

Peanut Cake...this is a family recipe passed on from my Grandma. This little confection has started many a dispute. Its basically a home-made angel food cake made in a 9x13 pan, cut into squares, frosted on all sides and rolled in chopped peanuts. It is messy and tedious to make. But it is loved by many in our family and at this time, I'm the only one foolish enough to go to the trouble of making it.
