Today's LOAD challenge is to work on a lesson of adulthood - what you would want your children to learn. It took me a while to learn this lesson, but since I have, my working life has been so much easier! I talked the theory through with dd a couple of years ago when she had a frustrating colleague, and though sceptical, she worked on it, calling it the Cupcake Theory or the Doughnut Strategy. Not only did she find it worked too, but she taught her junior colleague, who wrote on her leaving card 'Thank you for teaching me the Cupcake Theory'!!
