Scrappack Challenge for October:
My DD flinging leaves into the air and jumping into them...she had a great time doing it. I love the photo top left-her feet are not touching the ground!
Wire: swirls coming from large leaf bottom left
gauze: under poem as a mat
leaves: along the bottom of the page
raffia: woven around the lareg circle and photos
Corduroy: under poem as mat
wiggle eyes; hidden amongst the leaves at the bottom
pipe cleaners: both used to create "creatures hiding in the leaves
paper lunch bag: put into my printer and printed poem on it.
Pumpkins in the cornfields,
Gold amongst the brown,
Leaves of rust and scarlet
Fluttering slowly down;
Birds that travel southward,
Lovely time to play;
Nothing is as pleasant
As an autumn day!
Vellum: layered over the poem
Chalk: used to outline the circle and the border of the 12x12
twine: stitching around the poem, and bow.
puzzle pieces: covered with prints of the leaves that I photographed that day and used on photo corners.
All the dots on the cream backing paper are hand doodled.
