I used the Cutting Cafe's Shirt and Tie Cutting File/Template Shaped Cards but didn't use the tie. I hand stitched around the base, off center up the middle of the base and the collar, then added buttons to make it look like a sport shirt. Had I thought about it, I should have added some stitches for the buttonholes but didn't think of it till just now.
