First, there is no white strip on the top - that is where the flower comes off the top of the page on the scan. This is for Amber's H3 challenge. This weeks theme was a female who has been important in my life. This is my best friend at work, JoEllen. the journaling is hidden in the file folder, and reads: JoEllen, this has been the worst year of my life. What would I have done without you? How many days did I cry all the way into work and home again on the cell phone with you? How many late night phone conversations until I was so tired and cried out I could finally sleep? How many breaks and walks around and around the block have we taken since February? I love you, my better-than-sister-friend.
