My Man Bailey

This is Bailey. The oldest of our five dogs. Bailey was put to rest on May 17th with the entire family at his side. It's been a very tough couple of days for all of us. He'll be so very missed. I decided to do a layout of him as much for therapy for myself and as a tribute to how much he will always be loved. This layout has many hands in the making of it. The beautiful picture of him with an angel was made for me by Kat as was the poem that she sent me by an author that I forgot to mention on the layout. Bummer., Those gorgeous handmade pink flowers at the top and the curly cues around the flowers at the bottom was made for me by Amy and a bit of the inspiration is from admiring catz layouts that I just love. Thank you all for your help and inspiration.

The vines around the pink flowers are chippies from 3tailscraft which I colored. The gate, fence and bird bath are from dusty attic which I either colored with glitter pens or inked. I added lots of little butterflies thru out because they symbolize new beginnings and Bailey is starting a new life now.
