Easter Day with my family. In the larger picture is my Mama & my Granny. This was the first Easter without my Papa, but he was in our hearts.

The phrase was handwritten with a dark green Stardust pen:
"Family ties are precious threads, no matter where we roam; they draw us close to those we love, and pull our hearts toward home."

I used a rub-on for the "Our Happy Family" and clear stamps w/ brown ink for the flourishes. I used the quickie glue pen and dusted it w/ brown glitter. I used a clear stardust pen to trace around the our happy family rub-on (even though you cannot really see it in the photo). I didn't have enough letter with the chipboard so I freehanded my own letter based on the chipboard and inked it w/ green ink. I went around the lettering with a gold pen to make it stand out more. I then used a clear stamp and embossing powder for the butterfly border on the bottom. I used glitter markers to color in the butterflies. I hand cut out the bunnies from paper and used my pink Stardust pens to color in the ears. I also used pink gemstones on the corner of the pic of my Mama & Granny.
