A quick little layout I did from a recent vacation to Vancouver. We spent three days there and every single day it rained! Journaling says:That’s what they tell you when life gives you “lemons.” Or rain. A vacation full of rain.
We spent three days in Vancouver for our anniversary and every single day, we had rain. So we made ourselves some proverbial lemonade. We walked through the village of Deep Cove in the rain, cuddling under a red umbrella. We rode bicycles along the Pacific coast in the rain, so dripping wet that we felt raindrops running down our legs underneath our jeans. We hiked for two hours in the rain, under a canopy of gorgeous forest. We pulled out the water-proof cards and sat in a hot tub, completely surrounded by water.
Three days of vacation – three days of rain.
But no worries. No regrets. It was a perfect vacation.
We made lemonade.
