Description: Journaling:
My name is Kathleen JoAnn (Bray) Williams, but you can call me Kathie. I am a "Baby Boomer", a name given to the explosion of babies born after the soldiers of World War II returned home. This album will be filled with the memories of my childhood. I was born on the first day of spring in 1952. I will try to journal throughout the album, so you can understand what these things meant to me. This all started when I received an email titled "Do You Remember These?" I remember all of them, so the author of the email dubbed me "Older Than Dirt". I am 55 years old at this writing and oh, how I wish I had an album like this from my ancestors. I hope you enjoy it and maybe even get a chuckle or two from it. If you are related to me. I want you to know that I made this album for you. Please hand it down to future generations. This is a great idea...I love the whole album....I remember so many of those things and hadn't thought about any of them until now....Thanks for the walk down Memory Lane.
Hi Kathie - This warmed my heart - seems like you scrapbook for the same reason I do - with love. I always sign the back of my layouts with "Made with all my love" Jennie Adams and then the date. Lately, I've started putting "Nana" or "Mom" under my name.
