Description: This is a page from my grandma's journal from June 1, 1916 through August 22, 1916, from the time she met my grandfather until they became engaged. I wish I could have used the original journal in her own handwriting, but it was written in pencil on both sides of the tablet paper. I typed it exactly as she wrote it. There are a few pages missing, but most of it is here.
