mother's day 2004
journaling: there's a special place in heaven for mothers who indulge their children. this picture was taken on mother's day, 2004. mom was opening gifts, and Jr. placed a bow on her head. she left it there, and i snapped a shot of her. she's 78 years old and still has a sense of humor about herself, probably more so now than when she was younger. i like seeing this side of mom, it makes her more human to one who thinks of her parents as more than "one of us."
