From our recent trip to Las Vegas. we took the sunset tour on a helicopter to get to the Canyon. (scrappin' that later)
Journaling (under the four pics):
When we landed on the plateau in the Grand Canyon, i was awed by the vastness of where we were. i couldn't snap pictures fast enough, and everywhere i turned was just as beautiful as the last. Dan and I talked about how Indians could survive in such harsh surroundings, and as i headed for our champagne picnic, i decided that i was born in the right time, after all. i know Dan looks superimposed on a grand canyon background, but, it's just a trick of the light. the sun was so bright on him, and the canyon was so deep in shadows. it's one of my favorites of the entire trip.
