I totally LOVE what you did with the flower--smart way to achieve that effect! I haven't figured out my editing software to do it that way either, but I DO know how to cut and paste! :) This is just incredible!
The way you did that photo is so creative. I lack that knowledge too!!! I bet it took forever to do it this way though. Your LO is amazing. I love those little feathers coming out like wings.
It turned out beautifully, Donna! I did think you used PhotoShop for the photo. You wouldn't believe how easy it is to create this look using PS! Very lovely and striking layout!
Who needs photoshop when you have your creativity and skills, Donna??!?!? Amazing how you altered that photo....and I ADORE how you added the feathery wings! Soooo pretty! Beautiful design with the black and white, and the splashes of red are gorgeous!
Absolutely beautiful in every single way! This is a fav for me! Its so striking...and i soooo get where ur coming from with the angelic thing. This so pretty! Love the design! The splash of red is what makes this so striking. Love it!
I love the way you did this;I'm somewhat computer-impaired myself, and you've definitely inspired me to be a little braver with my photos! The b & w with the touches of red is so striking, and of course he didn't "get" the pic...he's a guy...! FAV for me!!
LOl Donna! Husbands just don't get it, do they???!!! But I dod - she totally looks angelic here. I love her angel wings and bright red flower! Your layout is totally stunning and awesome - a fav, for sure!
I am so loving this. Men!!! They never get it lol!! I just love what you did to the photo, it came out perfect, even without the technology!! I like those feathers you put behind her...beautiful!!! A fave!
Oh my goodness....I absolutely loved this one! The black & white with the splash of red looks wonderful all together! As for the photo...doesn't matter how you went about it...as long as you get the end result! Love it all! A fav for me...
Love this one too! Love the red rose...you made do just fine without the technology, I couldn't tell the difference! The feathers give it such a dreamy quality. I'm always doing my layouts for my girls in soft, girly colours, but I ADORE this black, white and red scheme! Might have to give it a try!
WOW!! Fantastic job with the photo! I don't know how to photo edit either! Nice trick! Maybe I'll give it a try. Love the design and colors! So extremely pretty!
Another photo of my dd taken in the garden =-) I cut Dailey away from thr noisy bg and mounted her pic on pp after I taped feathers to the back of the pic to represent wings, I thoughts she looked so angelic here! When I showed this to my dh, he said he just didn't get it =/
I wish I could say I edited this photo in photo shop but I have neither the technology or the know how to do it well, so I printed the photo twice, once in color, once in b&w. I cut the rose from the color photo and glued it on the b&w one. Rather cave, I know, but I thought it worked.
I don't normally use a lot of red but my friend Alisa (Memaoftow) sent me this handmade red paper that I love! I've used one 12x12 sheet on 3 seperate LOs, and there maybe enough to use on 1 more! lol It's such a bold color, a little bit goes a long way! All the pp are My Mind's Eye Meadowlark line, Heidi Swapp ghost clocks, Daisy D's rub ons and My Minds Eye Lush bling. Thanks so much for stopping by!
