Here's my entry in Mandy (CraftySprinkles)'s ***Swirlydoos*** Grunge Challenge. I don't do grunge well, but it was fun trying...
The pp and cardboard are from the April kit. Flowers, cogs and swirlys were all made with the TH Sizzix dies. The 2 larger cogs and the swirlys were misted with licorice Spritz and inked with distress ink. The smaller cog was painted with crackle paint. I got the lace from the bargain bin at ACM; it's inked with distress ink and stapled on. All metal pieces are TSS from a previous Swirly kit; I used one of the TSS molds to emboss them. I embossed the title on the flower petals freehand. The bird (which photographed double, sorry) is acetate packaging embossed and cut on my Epic 6, then colored with alcohol ink. The only stitching that I seem to have done is on the flowers.
Appropriately for this challenge, the stick pin is from Mandy's ETSY.

My favorite photo of my sons, taken by my DIL in Times Square...
