My Dr. has me do yoga for my back. I used to do it often but have gotten out of the habit! The way my back feels lately I should certainly get back into it, it helped a lot when I did it regularly!

I usually do it at home, either the Wii fit or another DVD. You're right, very refreshing and renewing.

I am always scared I'd get myself into a position I'd never recover from with Yoga, but I bet it is very renewing if you are a regular.
