This sweet little boy turned 21 on Sept 3rd. It's been 18 years since I last saw him. We were foster parents at the time and were planning on adopting him. At the final hearing the judge decided to give his birth Mom another try. Thanks to Catz for her tutorial on those fabulous letters of hers. Mine not so good. I'll give myself in "E" for effort...lol. Layout looks better IRL. Just couldn't get a good picture. Journeling behind the photo reads:

How was your first day of school
Did "Mr. Monkey" get to go with you
Was someone there to kiss all your "boo-boos" away....I know you had many
Were you read your favorite bedtime stories each night
Did you have any brothers and sisters
Did you have special birthday parties like you did with us

As you got older...
Did you play sports - have any hobbies
How was high school - your first date - the prom
Did you go to college

As you turn 21 my wish for you is as it's alway been..
That life has treated you kind. That you've grown up to be the outstanding young man that I knew you would. As you left that day so many years ago.....
I promised I would never forget you. You have been in my prayers everyday. I'll always wonder....
