This was a good weekend to catch up on all of my unfinished projects. This project was first on my list! The new Le Cirque collection is truly amazing! I just love the color combination. I did some fussy cutting to create the frame and flowers. I also cut smaller flowers from my patterned papers to create flower centers. I love using striped papers and I was drawn to the border which contained stars and stripes. I used my blue striped patterned paper as the background of this page. It really brings out the beautiful blue flowers which adorn the curtain.

The title was cut from patterned paper using my scallop edge scissors. I then mounted it on foam squares.
