Description: This was my August Scrappack LO. The picture is actually just a picture I found on-line. I thought the provided supplies were perfect for a snow layout but we just moved to Chicago and I do not have any snow pictures, so I will replace this picture with a cute snow picture when I get one! :)

The fringe is below the picture with the beads sewn into it using the fishing line. The metal rings are on the ends of the fringe to help sew it on. The arrow was used to cut the letters of snow and then I cut the same letters with the mulberry paper and layered that together to create the frosted blue look. The brackets are around the snow title. The shrinky dink was cut into snowflake shapes and left unshurnk because I liked the frosty look. They are the three largest blue snowflakes on the side of the picture. Some snowflakes were cut from the doilee. The skittles were usedto accent the snowflakes. The white circles were torn apart and put on the photo mat as pieces of snow and inked blue.
