*CS* Great! Love the balance of the tree in the layout with the tree in the photo. The journaling is hard for me to read but it may be the laptop screen.
Great shot and your title brings back memories! I played B ball in school and follow through was the favorite saying of all coaches and parents! BTW, it looks like your hubby had very nice follow through. ;-)
*CS* I really like the photo. You capture a great real-life moment. Like Carolyn, I find the journaling difficult to read. Maybe you could add some kind of matting or shadow to highlight it? Otherwise, great entry for Kate's challenge.
This is my submission to JHAWKEYE's May Digital Scrap Challenge. We needed to crop the photo in an unusual way. I don't think I ever would have scrapped this photo if I had not played around with various crops, because I can barely see DH's face! But I grew to like this photo, especially with the tree in the b/g. Thank you for looking!
Journaling: In basketball there is always a moment, however brief, between releasing the ball and seeing if it makes it to the net, where everything seems motionless. This expression was captured in that moment. In that anticipation. Did you score? Of course. When you put your mind to anything, you always follow through.
