Description: I have been wanting to use the beautiful balloon paper from Websters Pages for so long, and wanted to create something different. The Die Cut Paper is painted on the back with alcohol inks and glimmermist and then adhered with mod podge to transparancy. This makes it stiff and easy to work with. Anyhow TFL xo

This is just lovely, Steph! Love that balloon paper too! My dh & I used to crew for ballooning friends-but I don't have any pics of us in one. Thanks for sharing how you made the background. That lily, sigh..love 'em.
