Give a Cheer
...was the name of dd's dance recital this May. She took three dance classes this year, so she was in three different numbers. The photos were taken by an 8-yr-old and the amount of makeup on the girls is a little frightening, but this is only my fourth two-pager and I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out. After my last page I said I'd only use product from one manufacturer the next time, and I managed to stick to that pretty well. The chipboard pieces are from OTC. I painted the flowers to look like the pp and sprinkled MS fine glitter on them. I first painted the numbers pink but didn't think there was enough contrast so I redid them in blue. I had one of those giant Prima swirly flourishes and just cut a couple pieces off it to use here.
