When I decided I wanted to have engagement photos taken I knew I didn't want the customary, boring ones you always see of couples in love. Of course we are in love and no matter what kind of photos we take that will be obvious, but I wanted engagement photos that specifically related to us, something more personal than all the ones I've seen over the years. I wanted our photos to share something about us as a couple. Since we play together on a local pool league I thought it might be fun to do our engagement photos at my favorite billiard club. Not only did it get Paul more in the mood to have them taken, it was soooo much FUN! Our photographer was very easy to work with and I love the intimate bond she was able to capture between us and the fact that we were able to share a glimpse into our real lives by incorporating something we do together as a couple into the photos. TFL!
