For my friend Carlos' Album which I've almost completed, whoo-hoo!! His cousin is just like a brother to him so I hope I did this picture some justice w/this LO. TFL everyone! : ]

I was inspired to create this LO by my FEb copy of Scrapbooks Etc. [Original LO is on pg. 53, design by Sande Krieger]
