This pic is of my beloved mother who passed away in 2000, taken at work in the early 90's. After loosing her husband in 1977 and being alone with two daughters, 11 and 6 yrs old, she had to go back to worh after being home with my sister and me. She started working part time as a cleaner at my sisters school - later mine too. Still to this day I can NOT understand how she managed economically, to keep our terrace house and everything else. My sister and I are not spoilt but we never wanting either. My mother - A true Everyday Heroine! (Written on Mother's Day in Sweden!)

Have distressed the pic by using a fine nail file and did the same will all the papers. Then I chalked all edges with Fluid Chalk (Chestnut & Dark Brown). Title is QuicKutz Eliza Skinny Minis. Labelhoder and leaves are also QK. Buckle is acually a real jewellery clasp that I sewn on the paper strips. Stamp is MM's Dingbat Foma Stamps and I mixed two different acrylic colours - Cranberry/Wheat - to get the right red/orangey nuance. Stamps on paper pieces in the labelholder and on pic are PSX Pixie set Love Letters. I think that's all....
