Where to start??? I like that you made the border of the paper wavey like water ... very C*O*O*L! I love how the fish and sea plants look like they are 3-D ... and ... the B*E*S*T part is how you matted the pictures (very cute BTW) under everything. This is so A*M*A*Z*I*N*G!
Nice job on the negative space! I also have a hard time leaving negative space...I like to cover IT ALL! I love all the little fishys & the bright blue of the background--the pictures are so precious! Very nice LO!

This lo was so difficult for me. I have a very hard time leaving negative space...as you can see I didn't leave an inch on the other side lol. Thank you Joann (Scrappinismymiddlename) for all the seaweed and coral cutouts that I glitter glued. Also for the title cutout that I added pipe cleaners, a googly eye, glitter to the letters (hard to see), heart and sequins for bubbles. Thank you Veronica (Artsyscrapmom) for the greenish blue paper. I used Jackie's (*Jaq*) wave scissors on the top and bottom of my blue paper and some of her 3-D glue dots on the fish...thanks girl!! I cut out all the fish and dolphins from some old calendars I have.
