LINDA AT 50 Scraps of Darkness

This was taken at my Sister's 50th Birthday. We had family and a few friends at Fujiyama's Steak House in Olympia. While these papers are beautiful I'm not very good with the Asian theme so I'm not sure I really like the end result. This was the April kit from the Scraps of Darkness. I did a little masking, some alcohol ink on the numbers and I made the flower. The dragon and panda were cut on the Cricut. The paper had the dark red but my picture was more orange so I was trying to pull the two together. Thanks for all of your kind comments and TFL! Have a Great day!

This paper is at my LSS right now, and every time I look at it, I get kind of spooked because I'm just not sure how to work with it or what to do with it. I think you got a good go with this - you chose a perfect photograph, and you carried the oriental theme all the way through it. Way I see it is ... they can't ALL be your favorites, right? And if it ALL comes easy, then where's the challenge or the growth potential?
