My sister loved watching the seals at Pier 39 in San Francisco. She said they were noisy and entertaining. In this photo, a large male seal is telling off the seal in the water--he doesn't want him up on the dock where he might squish the baby seal. My sister saw this happen once while there and said the seal literally let out a squeal.
