This is my beautiful maternal grandmother, Hortensia, at about age 17. This page is special to me since my grandmother passed away in 2009. She was born in 1926. At a sb convention I attended a couple yrs ago, I bought a paper that listed historical facts about 1926. I cut it up to highlight certain interesting tidbits about that year (a gallon of gas was 12 cents!!). The little pocket on the page houses some additional info I couldn't fit onto the page. I made the little flower out of old newspaper. Love how this heritage page turned out!! TFL and thank you for leaving your comments! :)
