I've told you that I do roadrunning! Well, I used to 'incorporate' my travel trips overseas to visit cities or towns where there was a roadrunning event while I am in that town. One of those was Brugge (Bruges) in Belgium. It was a 15km roadrace and my friend were so supportive they took these photos during the race. My one friend hired a bicycle and did the whole route on bike and he made these 'pitstops' to took these pics.
Well, for now it is good memories, because i can't do this anymore. The medal (a copy of...) is one of the most beautiful ones I have. It was so heavy, that the security alarms went of when I pass the scans on Vienna airport !! was so embarresed because they opened my handluggage to 'search' for this 'thing'!!!!
I put in the lace, because Bruges is famous for its lace..... One of my favourite places in Belgium
