Love those colors and the great bg paper. Great use of the gears weathered look. Thanks for such a great lift and using one of my favorites of my Grandpa, too.
Its fun to think about when our grandparents were young, confident, and a little recklace....Its a side of them we never to see. Old pictures like that make me feel like I am traveling through time...but only for an instant.
I think this has to be my favorite photo of my grandfather, he just looks so young, cool, and confident. He's the one on the right, the young man on the left is his older brother, Laverne, my great uncle who I believe I've never met. The description below the photo was the old lumberjacks, I have no idea who wrote it, I'm fairly sure it wasn't my grandpa and what strange is that the photo was clearly mounted in a book as were the photos of grandpa's childhood, no idea where the other photos went.
