My niece, the diva, her expression is hilarious!

For the Ugly Paper Challenge, the green paper with words is one, and the other is the background paper that I painted and then stenciled, didn't turn out the way I wanted it to, the embellie is the mermaids and the sea shells at the corners.

Used a Nuts about Sketches week 342.
