oh this is a great fot gorgoeus in factmy pet doggy was chasing a baby magpie in our backyard yesterday, we have three big gum trees in the back yard, live right in town but the parrots call by all the time.

He's beautiful, Angela - we have mockingbirds too, but the ones we have are northern mocking birds - sort of a drab brownish grey, except for their wings which have lovely parallel stripes - I love to hear them sing at night and last year heard one mimic my door bell. Beautiful photo ~
