Description: Rhonda (Rtay) came over showed two of us from this site how to make these lovely paper flowers out of manila folder paper. The bottom one was my initial attempt as Rhonda was showing us. My mom made the blue one, and I made the lavender and rose colored ones.
I taught the ladies at the church crop how to make them as well.
