I have wanted to do this lo since I took this picture 4 years ago. This was taken Christmas Day 2004. I edited the photo in ps and changed the background to black. A lot of work but I wanted the focus on her and not all the wrapping paper and new toys. She got this from a Dear friend of mine and this dress is absolutely beautiful and one we well never get rid of. She actually wore this this past Halloween.
The paper is an of white bazzill that I stamp with a light blue by cat eye queue using the autumn leaves swirls Vol:1 to give it a subtle pp feel, and to soften the photo. I also used Kurio blue chipboard letters and added Tulip Peral Snow White Paint to give it a shimmer. I added a bling for the dot of the explanation mark. It actually was from the extras that you get when you purchase clothes, like buttons (save those for this purpose) I received the flower in a swap and added the mm metal quote:
May you never lose your sense of wonder.
I wrote the first verse of the song around the edge of the paper:
I hope you never lose your sense of wonder,
You get your fill to eat but always keep that hunger,
May you never take one single breath for granted,
GOD forbid love ever leave you empty handed,
I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean,
Whenever one door closes I hope one more opens,
Promise me that you'll give faith a fighting chance,
And wrote is a larger sized Micron pen:
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance. TFL!
