This is sooooo sweet, Love the photo, love the LO and good for you thinking to make the "stitching" with a pen! Very clever, bet your Mom is proud of this page. YOU should be. (shall I tell you that you can buy rub on stitches at the scrapbook store?)
Great page and I love the journaling. I moved in with my mom when my dad passed away and she lost her sight. Therefore she no longer cooks and I inheirted her pans. I love them and they bring back so many family memories. Great page.

This was done for the AGC Wk#1 on relationship with Mom. I don't have a sewing machine with zig zag, so I used a marker. :) The idea was scraplifted from 'swing' by Leah Zion. Journaling reads: Mom has lived with us since Dad died in 1994. Three years ago while remodeling our kitchen, I had to cook downstairs in her mother-in-law suite. So, she gave me her good Ekco pans, as she no longer cooks. Now we have a running banter whenever Mom sees me using them: MOM- "I loved my pans." ME- "You can't have them back."
