Candle B-day Gift Card Holder (inside)

Black tag on layer of burgundy. Pocket is the black with punched edge. Added bubble sticker candle & matching stars. Stamped my greeting, tore edges, chalked & attached to pocket. Tied with cord. Show with pocket filled & empty.
