If you've been wanting a Silhouette machine but have been apprehensive, let me just say, Do It! The only regret I have is that I didn't get one a long time ago. It will restore your faith in electronic die cutting machines. I'm in love. I cut this Sugar Crumbs paper doll (layered with printer paper--yes that's right printer paper--and two sheets of cardstock to add some weight). I made a cut file using a coloring page online in the software. The tracing tool in the software is a dream! This machine prints and cuts. It cuts quite a bit differently than the other competitors machine--very precise. No snags, no messed up cardstock or paper, and materials peel from the mat very well. I'm so glad I took the plunge and got one--the new one, too--the Portrait.
