Created this for the Taj Mahal October Kit swap challenge. My partner sent me the Fancy Pants paper and I was to create a LO using the stuff she sent. This was a lot of fun. I hand cut the scallop strip and cut out the swirl from pp (top left of page). The pictures are me and my Father back in the middle 90's.
