I scraplifted this LO from an ad I saw in the sbmags. I had trouble deciding on paper for lo because I didn't want to take away from the birds themselves. I think the darker backgrounds highlight the pictures nicely. Hand cut the palmfronds. sizzix die cuts for Cozumel and Mexico is pre-printed velum.
