Remember my thrift store dress? Today I found the perfect stuff to bling it up. Plan on taking off the front waist tulle and replacing it with the sequin band. The tulle bow will go to and be replaced with the flower. I found a nice edging for the bottom of the skirt. I originally wanted it on the tulle but I think it will look cute on the actual skirt material. If there is enough left, maybe adding some to the neckline. I really wanted a bold color but this mirrored silver sequin drew me in (and it was 1/2 off this week at HL). I found a lady that is going to do my dirty work (my moms neighbor). She is a doll and has about 70 years experience. I can't wait to see it finished.
