I did this lo after my grandma passed away. This is a picture of her holding my youngest dd. The journaling dicribes how my dd was the youngest of all my grandma's grandchildren and great grandchildren, at 4 1/2 months old, when she passed.
(I swap lifted this from a page in a ck book. I thought it was the perfect way to display such a special picture)
