Birthday Card for my cousin. It looks really dark - but the card and the candle are actually a dark green. I also used a paper crimper on the cupcake wrapper. Scraplifted idea from a design by Lisa Dorsey on page 33 of the Papercrafts "Cards, Gifts, and More" special issue.
