This is the way I organize my Scraps. Each folder holds a different color. I sort by predominate color for the patterned paper. Its amazing how much more often my kids use the scraps instead of reaching for my nice pretty 12x12 sheets of cardstock!

I have one of these, but I never even thought about actual scraps organizing. I was gonna use it for paper storage. Cool idea!
