The balloon in the bottom pic is what was left of her hat by the time the locksmith left and she got out of the pool!

The letters are foam andthey were white. I painted them with blue acrylic paint, then just before it was totally dry, I went over them again with a green ink pad.
Do you think they blend in too much??
