I made these for a DT assignment earlier this for March. I filled Prima bottles with three different candies in gold wrappers. Then wrapped them with paper around the center. I made the labels with QK die, stuck the edges in glue and then gold glitter, and strung them around the bottles with gold thread. I die cut circles for the tops of the bottles. And done--instant gift!
