Description: My dd had started refering to hugs and kisses as a hugkiss...had to get it down while the memory was fresh. Good escape from holiday craziness! TFL!
"Thankfully our house is use to lots of hugs and kisses. There have always been plenty to go around. However, in the past we have been very traditional with our hugs and kisses. It was either a hug or a kiss, or a hug and a kiss. But, thanks to Lilly we are now proud users of the “hugkiss.” This particular sign of affection can be delivered in many ways...however the key is that the hug and the kiss are simultaneous. The origin of the “hugkiss” seems to be a stall tactic at bedtime, but when a darling little one year old is requesting a “hugkiss” no one can deny it. In general, there are many uses for the “hugkiss” including, but not limited to, bed time, goodbyes, hellos, and I’m sorrys. Extended use is recommended, however they can be addicting."
