Gene's boo boo

I made two of these, pretty similiar. All of these are gifsts so I try to make one for me and one for my co-worker. This was taken on Thanksgiving Day. SSG Gene is stationed in one of our remote offices as the NCO. While on a project site he scratched his elbow on something and it swelled up nasty. He went to the Koreans compound known as the rock and they did a patch job but had no antibiotics. So Gene went to a civilian hospital in Kurdistan Iraq and that only caused it to get infected. He was thankfully able to flag down a convoy in the area to get a ride to Mosul so he could be treated at our most awesome Combat Cupport Hospital, known as CSH or cash. The ribbon in the center pulls out a journaling card and it is SEI, the only product used that is not Scenic Route.
