I have reloaded this LO... was able to get a better photo of it....found the perfect lighting... in my sunporch...2 o'clock in the after noon... when it was sunny... and I stood on one leg.... held my breath..BUT there HAS to be an easier way !! I am OPEN to any and all advice LOL This is my dgd in Sardinia with her Mom on vacation...I placed a note in the velum envelope which says "Guess who Loves You?" Thanks for your patience while I try to figure things out... :)

This is lovely....and I hear ya....many times I've held my breath while taking photos of my LO, I just never stood on one leg...guess I'll give that a try! Haha!

GORGEOUS pic!! Love the chipboard embellishments and the bling! The flowers in the pic are just beautiful as is the young lady. Like you, I'm constantly struggling with taking good pictures of my layouts once they're completed. You put so much effort into them and the pictures never do them justice, especially if you can't get them straight. If you have photoshop, there is a tool on the side that will straighten your picture and I've found the editing tools can really help with brightness, etc. Not that I'm a guru by any stretch of the imagination...

All the swirlies, the bling, the vellum envelope - just amazing! And, oh, I find that if you click your heels twice, hum the Star Spangled Banner all while wearing disco blue eyeshadow, pics of your LO usually turn out. But really, it's all about wearing blue eyeshadow!
